Super nice bloke who lives with his family a couple of doors away, and currently working at Culpepers as a herbalist. Max has recently done some ground breaking research into the anti cancer properties of certain fruits and plants, and presented a fascinating insight into his work at the 2005 Bristol Vegan Fayre.
