Another Broadmead location, Shakeking opened in mid 2005, and ensures that all their shakes can be made with soya milk, and all vegan options clearly marked on the menu, including such diverse flavours as Marmite, Cherry, Frosties, Weetabix and many more. Great pitstop for those out shopping, the choices in Bristol just get better and better and better.

Just visited. Didn't realise it was vegan until I went in with my students and saw ‘vegan options’. I had a banana shake as was very overwelmed by all the choices- there's peanut butter, green and blacks chocolate, all kinds of fruit , hobnobs…marmite (!) The shake was good- very old school cool. I was a bit sad that you have to pay extra for the vegan options- my regular shake was £3.49 not £2.99. The assistant was great though and used seperate everything and knew her stuff. Worth visiting. Ooh, you can get extra's like wheatgerm too and if you go in the morning/ early lunch time it is buy one get one free.
